Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Piel Mimossa! Please read our return policy carefully, as all items are final sale due to the deeply discounted nature of our current promotions.
All items purchased during our sale events are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Clothing (dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, nightwear, etc.)
Reasons for Final Sale:
- Due to the significant discounts and promos offered during our sale, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- This policy allows us to continue offering these substantial savings to our valued customers.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a resolution such as a replacement (if available) or a store credit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In this case we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll get an email with a Gift Card with store credit valid for 60 days.
Important Notes:
- Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before placing your order.
- We make every effort to accurately represent our products online. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in monitor settings.
- We are unable to accommodate requests for size exchanges or color changes on sale items.
