We Ship to USA and Puerto Rico.

- Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Please note that during peak sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs:
- We offer Standard Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.
- Due to the heavily discounted nature of our sale, we may not offer free shipping. Please refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping costs.
3. Shipping Times:
- Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method.
- Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays, carrier issues, or increased order volume during sales.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays and Issues:
- In the event of a shipping delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team at mimossa@pielmimossa.com within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to assist you.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
7. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
8. Sale Specific Shipping Notes:
- Due to the large volume of orders during sales, shipping times can be longer than normal.
- We do our best to process and ship all orders as fast as possible.
- Please allow for extra time during sales events.
9. Lost Packages where tracking number shows delivered:
Piel Mimossa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dropped or picked-up by USPS.
In case your tracking number shows delivered and you didn't received:
- File Claim with USPS
- File police report
- Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
